Introducing The 25 Days of Christmas: Activities for Kids

25 Days of Christmas; 25 Christmas activities for kids
It's beginning to look a lot like CHRISTMAS! Oh, sorry. I may be a tad bit overjoyed that it's officially December. Woohoo!

As a mom, I want to create traditions and memories for my boys at Christmas time. (And if you don't have kids, maybe you're an aunt or uncle, or you have younger siblings, or you're a teacher or a nanny, etc. Just hear me out.) And so I thought what better way to get into the holiday spirit than to do some type of activity with my boys for the 25 days of Christmas.

No, I won't be posting about this every day for 25 days straight. I think I might get banished from blogland if I did that, ha! But I will post a recap each Friday of the week's activities and maybe help inspire you guys to do your own activities with the kiddos in your life.

There will be DIY Christmas decorations, ornaments, etc. There will be cookies/cupcakes. There will be dance parties and ice cream parties. There will be painting and drawing, etc. And I can't wait to share it all with you guys!

Hope you'll stay tuned and check back periodically for those weekly round-ups. Happy Holidays!

P.S. The Write or Die Wednesdays prompt is: If you could have a one-hour coffee date with anyone in the world (or on the other side), who would it be? Why? What would you talk about?

  1. I love this idea! I don't have children, but I'm an aunt and I always love coming up with activities to do with the little urchins. :) I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with them!

  2. I love this Mia! My bf was just telling me how his coworker does the same thing. It's definitely something that I want to do with my kids one day! Hope you guys have a ton of fun!! Xoxo

  3. I'm eager for your ideas! We have an advent calendar that we can adapt to add little Christmas activities to (swap them out for an ornament up) so I'll have to make a list for next year :)
