Sunday Confessions v23

What time is it? It's time for lunch! What time is it? It's time for lunch! What time is it? It's time for lunch! It's lunch time, hey what's for lunch??  Sorry, it's not really time for lunch.  William has been on a Bubble Guppies kick lately and I've been watching it nonstop for days.  *cry*

But it's really time for Sunday Confessions, come link up with Alyx and share your confessions.

Here are mine:

1)  I had the BEST time at our #nvablogmeet yesterday.  More to come on that in a few days, but here's a little teaser for you:

Nope, your eyes don't deceive you... that IS my schnookums, my shooby wooby, aka Abbey from The Makings of a Mess. :)

2)  I confess that there are words I don't like to say because they are just weird to me.  Like hydrangea. Or hippopotamus. Or fallopian tube. Or fiduciary (shudder).

3)  I'm craving a big pile of warm, ooey gooey, fresh-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookies. Oink.

4)  I want a safe room in my house.  But not for any doomsday reason.  But because I'd use it as my mommy escape room. Where nobody could come in and demand anything from me, unless I let them. I'd have internet, a big tub, a ginormous plate of chocolate chip cookies (see #3) and a room full of books. I may never come out!

5)  I cannot stand the clutter in my house.  I want to throw away every single thing and start from scratch.  There's no reason for this much crap to be here.  Anybody have a dump truck I can borrow?

And on that note, I should probably at least go do some laundry.  Maybe.

  6. lol at least the words you don't like to say aren't exactly common. Like, how often do you really have to say, "hydrangea?"
And I sooo want to plan a blogger meetup, but I have no clue how to go about doing it. Any tips or advice?

    Thanks for linking up!

  7. Hippopotamus is my current favorite zoo animal. I'm kind of obsessed with them. I even have a Hippopotamus watering can.

Blogger meet-ups... I'm trying to control my jealousy.

We're trying to de-hoard too. It's really hard. How does one (or one family) accumulate so much crap?!?!

  8. For me it's always words I have trouble saying...at the moment none come to mind, but there are several. Dilute and delude actually just popped in. I know I mean Diluted, but I always say deluded - which frankly makes me not want to say either.

  9. I have just been de-cluttering here. I was so sick of things that was never used or I had no idea when i would ever use again. So unless I knew, i threw! Only my stuff that is. Still has a lot to go! :(

  16. Apparently I can't read well today because I kept reading "hippopotamus" as "hippocampus" which led me to wonder why you were ever required to say it. Ohh sick brain- it makes life interesting

  17. Ooh, now I'm craving a chocolate chip cookie, and I agree with having a room all for yourself, even though I don't have kids quite yet! And I can't stand clutter either. I have to clean it up immediately, and even doing that drives me crazy! -Jessica L
